Education Economist with extensive experience in working with government and development partners on research that employs both qualitative and quantitative methods among others from conducting impact evaluations. Have written several technical reports for the Asian Development Bank, World Bank; co-authored a number of papers in the areas of migration, poverty, labour market outcomes, student achievements, role of private sector in education and education finance. I have also worked in implementation of projects.
